Built upon the clinical philosophy of "Space & Shape", this kit provides a calibrated sequence of diamond burs designed to eliminate traditional chamfer/shoulder horizontal finish lines to create the biological chamber required for spontaneous connective tissue thickening around natural teeth and implant abutments.

1. The "Space & Shape" Biological Philosophy

• Marginless Feather-Edge Preparation: Replaces rigid geometric finish lines with a vertical preparation. This allows the emergence profile of the provisional restoration to dictate the coronal migration and thickening of the gingival margin.
• Controlled Sulcular Deepithelialization: The specialized bur grits gently deepithelialize the inner sulcus wall, triggering a wound-healing cascade with stable fibrin clot formation that matures into dense circular collagen bundles.
• Synergy with IL® Implants & UNICO® Abutments: Directly designed to prepare natural abutments or modify implant titanium emergence profiles according to Loi’s B.O.P.T. protocol.

2. Kit Architecture & Bur Geometries

• Flame & Torpedo Diamond Burs: Calibrated medium-grit burs for rapid axial reduction, followed by fine and extra-fine grit burs for glass-smooth vertical finishing.
